ACCOMMODATION BOOKING

The Delegate Services have pre-booked a number of hotel rooms with special prices in Tartu for the Conference.

Please note that the discounted prices below ONLY apply when booking via this website and will NOT apply when contacting the hotels directly. 
Hotels end their discounts 1-2 months before the event, please take this into account and book your accommodation as soon as possible. The booking end dates can be found in the hotel descriptions.

The booking will become valid after the payment has been received. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice.
Should an error occur during the booking process, please e-mail the Delegate Services at intecolwetlands2025@publicon.ee.

!! All prices are in euros per room per night, incl. VAT.
!! Please keep an eye on the hotel descriptions to be sure which hotels have breakfast included and which ones do not. 
!! Single room max. occupancy is one person, double/twin room max. occupancy is two persons, triple room max. occupancy is three persons, quadruple room max. occupancy is four persons.


Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the bookable period or need a different room type (allergy features, for example), please send your request
via email to intecolwetlands2025@publicon.ee.

Please also note that the confirmation letter also serves as a voucher for the hotel. The Delegate Services will forward the rooming lists to all hotels prior to the event, therefore you will not need to bring the confirmation letter with you. Be ready to show your ID at the hotel's reception desk.

vSpa hotel is located in the city center of Tartu. The hotel and spa are located in a multi-functional business quarter with world-renowned brand stores and cute cafés. The rooms are furnished in accordance with the requirements set for four-star hotels. Soft woollen carpets covering the floors create an atmosphere of homey cosiness, and the selection also includes allergy-free rooms with parquet flooring. Rooms have the main facilities like minibar, mini safe, robes, spa slippers, water kettle, hairdryer, hygenic products, Wi-Fi.
The main difference between Superior and Deluxe rooms is that Superior rooms have a shower and the Deluxe rooms have a jacuzzi. An additional feature in the Deluxe rooms is a stylish glass wall between the bathroom and living room.
The price includes: a visit to the relaxation world of the spa and sauna centre (when chosen price with SPA), healthy and plentiful breakfast at the hotel restaurant JOYCE, bottled water, entry to a night club in Tartu of your own choice.

The main entrance of the hotel is located at the corner of Aleksandri and Soola streets. The hotel can also be accessed from V Café on the first floor of Kvartal Centre.
